Need an NDIS provider in Busselton who isn’t just another name on a directory page? Virtuous Care Services is a registered NDIS provider supporting people with disability across Busselton, Vasse and West Busselton, as part of our wider South-West operation run from our Dalyellup base. Our team covers personal care, community nursing, household help, transport, social participation and Supported Independent Living.
We’re a family-owned business, fully registered under the National Disability Insurance Scheme, and support runs seven days a week. Every participant gets one care coordinator for the life of their plan. New to the scheme? Our NDIS information page explains plans and funding in plain language, and our guide to registered versus unregistered providers covers what registration actually means for you.
What Does Busselton’s Own Hospital Change for Your NDIS Plan?
Carevo alone lists 55 NDIS providers for Busselton as of September 2026. What none of those listings explain is how Busselton’s own health infrastructure changes what your plan needs to fund.
Busselton Health Campus opened in 2015 with 84 beds, 15 emergency department spaces and two operating theatres (WA Government). Today it runs 24/7 emergency care alongside maternity, surgical, rehabilitation, mental health and aged care services (WA Country Health Service). Plenty of appointments never need a trip up the highway.
Transport funding still earns its keep for more complex specialist and surgical care. That sits at Bunbury Regional Hospital, about 50 km and roughly 40 minutes up the Bussell Highway, or in Perth for the most complex cases. Our workers already run the Capel to Busselton corridor most weeks, so a Busselton participant sits on the route, not off the end of it.
Demand here is real and rising. NDIA quarterly data records 5,502 active NDIS participants across the WA South West service district as at 31 March 2026, with 195 of them using Supported Independent Living supports (NDIS Quarterly Report 2025-26 Q3). The City of Busselton had an estimated 45,003 residents in 2024 and grew by 2.28% a year over the decade before, ahead of the South-West average of 1.6% (RDA South West Community Profile).
